Returns & Refunds:
✪ If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns up to 30 days from date of delivered notification.
✪ Returns must be accompanied by original packaging and contents in original condition
✪ An Item marked As-Is will only be returnable if it was damaged at the time of delivery (unless sales description details that minor damage already exists), has parts/accessories missing or does not match what was ordered.
✪ Returns due to customer dissatisfaction may be the customers financial responsibility to send back. It is recommended that the customer purchase a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the package arrives to Timeworn LLC.
✪ Timeworn LLC will refund merchandise minus shipping original shipping charges unless disallowed by law
✪ Timeworn LLC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned items

Warranty:
✪ Timeworn LLCs limited warranty lasts for one year from the date of delivery
✪ The warranty covers serious mechanical and manufacturing defects but does not cover defects caused by user error (I.E.- Over-winding or self-service by non professionals).
✪ Timeworn LLC reserves the right to reject any warranty claims if it is determined that an issue was created by user error. This will be communicated with the client and a remedy will be sought.
✪ Timeworn LLC does not warranty case glass unless it is determined that issues were caused by manufacturing defects.
