Returns for faults

If there is something wrong with your watch, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Email timewornwatches@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem, along with photographs if the fault is visible. We will respond within two business days and, if a return is needed, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

Where a fault is confirmed we will, at our option, repair the watch, replace it, or refund you in full including your original shipping cost.

What counts as a fault

A manufacturing or mechanical defect present when the watch reached you. This includes a movement that does not run or keep reasonable time, a crown or crystal that was not correctly fitted, dial or hand defects, and damage that occurred in transit.

What does not

  • Damage from an accident, a drop, or ordinary misuse
  • Water damage beyond the rated water resistance, or from operating the crown while wet
  • Work carried out by anyone who is not a professional watchmaker
  • Scratches, marks, and plating wear from normal use
  • A watch that stopped because it was not wound. Our watches are hand-wound and will stop if not wound daily, which is normal and not a fault

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read the product specifications carefully before ordering, particularly the case dimensions, and contact us with any questions before you buy. We would much rather answer a question than process a return.

After 30 days

Your two-year limited warranty continues to cover serious mechanical and manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for what it does and does not include.

Pre-orders

If we cannot ship a pre-order by the date we stated, you may cancel and receive a full refund regardless of how much time has passed. This right sits outside the 30-day window above.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within seven business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned watch.
