1. Who we are

This website is operated by Timeworn LLC, 59 West Ossipee New Hampshire. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Timeworn LLC. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

Timeworn sells new reproduction wristwatches based on patterns issued to United States and Allied forces during the Second World War.

Our watches are newly manufactured. They are not original wartime watches, they are not antiques, and they are not sold as such. Each watch is marked to identify it as a Timeworn product by the trade name "Whitman"

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any branch of the United States armed forces, any Allied government, or any company that held original wartime manufacturing contracts. The specifications our watches follow were government procurement standards and are not the trademarks of any current company.

3. Accuracy of listings

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, photograph, or specification on this site is error free. Colors and finishes may appear differently on different screens.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is mispriced, or where quantities suggest resale.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.

5. Pre-orders

Some products are sold as pre-orders before stock is available.

When you place a pre-order, your card is charged in full at checkout. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page and repeated in your confirmation email.

If we cannot ship by the stated date, we will contact you with a revised date and you may either accept the delay or cancel your pre-order for a full refund. You keep this right regardless of anything in our Refund Policy below.

6. Shipping and risk

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We recommend a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders.

7. Warranty and returns

Our watches carry a two-year limited warranty, and returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Both are set out separately and form part of these terms.

8. Our content

All text, photography, product descriptions, logos, and packaging designs on this site are the property of Timeworn LLC and may not be copied, republished, or used to sell competing products without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeworn LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
